During my tenure as project manager for Parkview Constructions between November 2008 to June 2013 I have worked with Orion Mechanical in a design and construct capacity on both the 710 George St (39 level apartment block in the Sydney CBD comprising of 216 units and two levels of retail and commercial and 5 levels of Carpark) and the Gantry Apartments in Camperdown, Sydney (196 Apartments with 26 town houses and 1 level on basement carpark) . On both occasions Orion Mechanical carried out the mechanical design of the projects in a professional manner and in accordance with the design brief. During the construction and commission phase of the both projects Orion Mechanical completed their works on time and met the operation and quality expectations of the design brief.
